Do I have to hand over control of hiring?
No. You still make the hiring decision. Ready keeps you closer to the process. Build, Grow and Scale carry more of the early hiring work so you don't have to do all of it yourself.
What is an active hiring search?
An active hiring search is one we're currently working on with you. Once Rokstars starts preparing or managing it, it uses one of your available search spots. When the search closes, that spot opens again.
What does Human-Reviewed Applicant mean?
A Human-Reviewed Applicant is a completed application that has gone through Zenna's screening and a human review. The reviewer confirms the outcome before it moves forward.
Will Rokstars talk with candidates before I do?
On Build, Grow, Scale and Partner, yes. We'll have the early conversation, ask the questions we agreed matter for the role and document what we learned. There isn't a bundle of interview credits to use up. The number of conversations depends on the search and the candidates who meet the agreed requirements.
Can I still talk with candidates myself?
Of course. Ready is built for exactly that. We'll handle the applications, human review, candidate updates and recommendations, then you take over the conversations. On the managed plans, we simply carry more of that early work before you step in.
What happens when a lot of people apply?
Your plan includes a monthly Human-Reviewed Applicant capacity. A busy month isn't going to trigger a surprise charge or suddenly shut your hiring down. If your hiring consistently grows beyond the plan you're on, we'll talk with you before anything changes.
What if I don't use all of my capacity this month?
That's okay. Hiring isn't identical every month. Some months are busy, some aren't. Your recruiting capacity is there when the next role shows up.
Can we hire across multiple locations?
Yes. Scale is designed for organizations hiring across multiple locations. More complex structures can move into Partner so we can shape the recruiting capacity and workflow around what you actually need.
What if five active searches aren't enough?
That's what Partner is for. It starts at $5,000 USD per month and gives us room to shape the recruiting capacity and support around your organization.
Are there placement fees when we hire someone?
No percentage-of-salary placement fee. Zenna is subscription-based. You're paying for ongoing recruiting capacity and the hiring work included in your plan.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Ready, Build, Grow and Scale can be billed monthly, or annually with a 10% savings. Partner pricing is shaped around the engagement.
Can I change plans?
Absolutely. Hiring changes. Your plan should be able to change with it. You can move up as hiring grows. If you're moving down, the change can take effect at the appropriate renewal period.
Why wouldn't I just buy an ATS?
You might. If what you need is software to organize applicants, an ATS may be enough. Zenna is for when the problem isn't just organization, it's that somebody still has to do the work.
Is this just AI recruiting?
No. Zenna is a Human-Guided Hiring Platform. Technology helps organize, assess and surface information. People review, question, interpret and stay accountable for the recommendations we make.
