If a candidate needs another way to apply, we help remove the barrier so access needs do not quietly cost you a strong hire. This support is guided by CPACC certified accessibility expertise. Enhanced candidate accommodation support is included in Scale and Partner.

Do I get the full platform on every plan?

Yes. Every plan includes access to Zenna and the new features we release. Plans differ by how many open roles you can run at once, your hiring volume, and how much human support is included.

What does unlimited candidate screening mean?

Zenna screens candidates for your open roles by text and web, with no per-candidate charge. It is subject to fair use, which means your screening volume should reasonably match the plan you are on. If your applicant volume, number of roles, or hiring activity grows beyond your plan, we will talk with you first and help you move to the right fit. No surprise charges. Ever.

What does unlimited HR guidance mean?

Unlimited HR guidance means you can ask practical hiring and people questions as they come up, including how to handle difficult conversations like performance concerns, terminations, and layoffs.

We coach you and your managers through these moments so they are handled clearly, correctly, and humanely. We guide the conversation. We do not replace the manager in the room.

What about hands-on HR project work?

Hands-on HR project work is available through Rokstars Retain support. In Scale, we adapt proven HR documents, policies, and onboarding experiences to your business. In Partner, we build deeper retention systems around your roles, managers, and team needs. Ready, Build, and Grow clients can add this work through a separate Rokstars HR scope.

More involved work, such as workplace investigations and ongoing employee relations support, is scoped to each situation so it gets the focused attention it needs.

Can I choose monthly or annual billing?

Yes. Your choice. You can stay month to month, or go annual and save 20%. You can move up anytime as your hiring grows. If you need to move down, we will adjust your plan at renewal.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No long-term contract. No setup fee. Plans are month to month, and your current plan price stays protected while your plan remains active and unchanged.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. We would rather have you on the plan that fits than have you overpay or feel squeezed.

What if I am not sure which plan fits?

What currency is this in?

Prices are in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its rate on the day you are billed.
